Father's Day Guide 2022

If you want to make your father feel special for Father's Day, then look no further. Meat N' Bone is usually the coolest store your father will ever want to visit whether he cooks or just eats.

Read this guide and check out everything we (and our sister companies) have to offer:

60 DAY DRY AGED KANSAS STEAK INFUSED WITH DIPLOMATICO RUM

We grabbed a high quality USDA Prime New York Strip, infused it with one of the best rums in the world and dry aged it for 60 days. The result? Awesome. It is awesome..
This is, or is supposed to be, a limited edition product. But we just fell in love with it so we keep on making batches of it.
This steak has been featured in Forbes and numerous publications. Yes, it is that good.  Check out the video we did with Chef Mariano Araya and the fols from Diplomatico.

A VISIT (OR GIFT CARD) TO THE WAGYU BAR

If your father lives in South Florida, you are in luck. Last year we opened our take on a steakhouse. While still classy enough, our focus was on offering actual high-end steaks and not spending a lot of money on a fancy build out. That's why the motto is "No smoke, No Mirrors, Just Meat N' Bone".

PICANHA

A good Picanha in the US is already hard to find. For years, this has been a cut for the real beef connoisseurs. Now, finding an A5 Picanha and from the best A5 Program in Japan... that is just a different level.

That said, you do NOT have to go A5. As we have Picanhas of every grade and they all are awesome

Picanha is one of the easiest roasts to grill. So even if your dad... well... sucks at cooking. He will still look like a champ for pulling this off. Anyway, in case you do not trust he can... you can just show him this video:

THE WAGYU MONSTER TOMAHAWK

The Tomahawk steak is a gorgeous hunk of meat. By cooking it your bad-ass points go up immediately. When you put it on the table it overshadows anything else you serve. Moreover, it is actually as delicious as it looks.

This Tomahawk in particular weights 52oz, and this is just not any tomahawk. This steak is Wagyu sourced from Colorado, USA.

Just like the Picanha you DONT have to go Tomahawk and you DONT have to go Wagyu. Our USDA Prime Tomahawks are better than what you will find in 95% of steakhouses in the US.

AN EXPERIENCE AT UNDISCLOSED MIAMI

Undisclosed is one of the coolest venues in Miami. It is a dining room located inside of an art gallery which is inside of a travel agency. We are the official protein sponsors for all the events there. So while we are biased and love our "Butcher's Table"  there are plenty of events to attend.

Check out the video below and visit UNDISCLOSED.

BRISKET OR SHORT RIBS

A good brisket is an artform, that said if you start with a high quality ingredient the whole thing becomes a lot easier. At Meat N' Bone we carry different grades of Brisket, but all of them are extremely tasty. That is why so many high-end chefs use our products.

SEGOVIAN SUCKLING PIG

This isn't a cook for the faint of heart, yes you are cooking a VERY small pig. This is a segovian-style suckling pig, raised following Spanish traditions in the US. Those segovian traditions indicate that a suckling pig cannot be heavier than 10 lbs and must not be older than three weeks. More importantly, it only must be milk-fed and the mother must have been on a special diet that makes the meat super tender.

This means the meat is EXTREMELY tender and flavorful. Cooking a Suckling Pig is no more difficult than cooking a Prime Rib or Turkey and one thing I love about is that it fits in your oven. Check out our guide to cooking an amazing Suckling Pig.

If you are hosting over 15 people you may want to go with a bigger hog. They aren't as tender (or special) but they are still succulent. This is as good as pigs get.

A JAPANESE CHEF'S KNIFE

Everyone loves to have a bunch of good knives, but anyone who has ever worked in a kitchen can tell you... all you need is ONE good knife. That knife is a Chef's knife. Everything else... well every other knife is gravy.

A classic chef's knife is the most important knife in your collection. I recommend starting out with a 7-9 inch one. This is a versatile and efficient knife that works for everything that you can do in a kitchen.

At The GM Boutique, we sell Tojiro knives which come from the prefecture of Niigata, Japan. These guys have been forging knives for over 100 years.

A MEAT N' BONE GIFT CARD

Some people believe that the best gifts are the gift of choice, which is what makes gift cards great. At Meat N' Bone we sell over 500 proteins and hardware products. So whatever you dad likes to eat, he will find it.
