Purchased this pork butt for a contest. We had been buying heritage pork from another vendor. Great value with the prepaid freight. took 1st place. Also purchased St Louis style ribs fromm Meat N' Bone. took 1st place, as well

Fantastic on the Smoker
This is a beautiful and high quality pork butt. Injected with peach brine and rubbed, smoked over peach and white oak for 12 hours. Absolutely superb! Will be ordering many more times!

Pork Sausage
I am Italian from Calabria. The region specializes in making sausage and cured meats. My family has been making sausages from generation to generation. By far this is hands down the best pork butt that I have used since my Dad use to make them when I was little. The flavor is amazing and the fat to meat ratio was perfect. I will definitely be buying this pork again for my next batch of sausage.

Great marbeling, amazing flavor. Cooked on an offset with just salt and pepper, wrapped in foil with smoked lard. Amazing pulled pork.
