    Incredible

    Typically I like spicier sausage, this was mild, balanced and delicious. Possibly one of the best pieces of sausage I have ever had. I would enjoy a Cajun style version of this but it’s hard to mess with perfection.

      Oddly Delicious. !

      This is a nicely mild yet flavorful sausage. It grills up nicely with a dark Carmel color. I definitely recommend this.

          A unique taste

          I purchased this sausage to try as an appetizer for the holidays and it did not disappoint. It has a unique texture and snap with a great taste that we paired with spiced black mission figs in a red wine vinegar reduction.

          Delicious

          Although I’d prefer pure elk, these are awesome. Not all salt and no weird ingredients. I definitely recommend them.
